Hello you!! So basically I've spent a lot of my energy coming back home to myself over the last handful of years, exponentially just in this last year, and it's allowing me to step daily into the version of myself that I truly used to daydream of being. After completing a bachelors in food science & nutrition in 2018, I was clueless on what I wanted to do with my life but I was very clear on what I didn't want, so I said no to everything that wasn't it along the way. Having always been passionate about wellness, nutrition, movement & mindfulness, I knew that what I did to contribute to the collective was going to surround those passions because although I couldn't yet see what I would create, I've always know that I want my life to feel a certain way — flexible, aligned, free, expansive, connected.. So through adventuring, a lot of travel, so much reading, heaps of listening to my own thoughts, navigating relationships, leaning into the discomfort of change and being tossed right into a beautiful, albeit challenging spiritual ascension this last year, I realized that creating a container like this was the best way for me to share my gifts with the collective as I continue to learn and sink into more beautiful layers of alignment for myself. I'm a certified coach through UBC's ICF accredited coaching program and continue to expand my learning on the subconscious, somatics and nervous system regulation alongside my own lived experiences, so I've become deeply connected to my truth by dissolving the layers that never belonged... you can only imagine my excitement to share the space for you to do the same — in your own creative & unique way!
