Ok haaaannnnngggg on now. I don’t even have time to say hi because I need to get right into it, you know when you get a download or insight comes in hot that you’re like I need to write this down immediately so perhaps this is an extension off a post I wrote a few months ago, about healing the war between energies and harmonizing our masculine and feminine because we all are so vast and infinite that we contain both, and I wrote about how the goal is to harmonize them within ourselves so that we can apply and use both in a way that supports us because if you ASK ME…which you didn’t but alas, I truly truly truly at the moment don't feel there is a superior gender and I know there’s a lot of chit chat these days about how we’re redefining or shifting gender importance or whatever the heck we’re doing, I just kind of see us as all simply, humans and the same YET each uniquely different and powerful in our own beautiful ways, and that needs to be respected. That being said I definitely understand that what we are currently IN is recalibrating that and putting the effort in to de-pedastalize men and allow women to share the spotlight because that’s super necessary and I’m excited about it… but from what I see a lot of the times around this conversation is that so many are focused on replacing men and putting women in the spotlight solely. And like I think I expressed in my previous train of thought around this, there’s enough room for both to take up equal amounts of space. Making men smaller and having women be superior just slaps an uno reverse on the toxic power dynamic we’ve been in for the last billion years (lol) and that’s not how we’re gunna get where we need to be going. And I have to tell you what inspired this train of thought because I find it SO juicy and it highlights for me just how interesting it is that everything we experience in our internal world gets projected externally. Of course I’ve had this stance for years now or perhaps lifetimes since I’ve never really found myself in this state but being a witness to so many people that express it makes me wanna share my thoughts more because I find it productive, and it’s allowed me to do the necessary work or take action to be able to see shifts within myself that naturally ripple outward into my world.

I’ve never been someone that likes to genderalize (I'm sure this isn’t a word but it's kinda perfect??? generalize genders?? hahaha what), by putting either gender in a box of “women are crazy” or “all men suck” or any of the hundreds of millions of ways people love to place labels on specific genders. BECAUSE… for every nutty gal pal I’ve met, there’s an equally nutty man out there, just as for every man that treats women as inferior or with disrespect… There's also my sistas out there hating on or manipulating men. And I FOR SURE am not trying to disregard the way that women have been treated in general as the inferior gender, I'm very aware of this and am super jazzed about the way this has shifted and continues to shift… I'm simply emphasizing that I see huge importance in us not just swapping positions, and perhaps that has to happen for us to harmonize because women being in power creates space for that?? I don't know if that’s what I see or what makes sense because from where I’m standing, I simply think that both genders, both energies of the masculine and feminine, have qualities that are equally important and powerful and unique to one another that we need ALL OF !!!! We need the structure, and the providership, and the protection and discipline, just as much as we need the trust, and nurturing, receiving and expansion. One energy without the other makes for stagnancy, whereas applying both in harmony creates forward movement and cycles of growth. Every time I see people saying women are the creators we literally birth life I’m like okay yes?!?!?!? We DO……and we literally couldn’t do that without what a man provides us. Like sure spotlight how powerful we are whiiiiile recognizing equally with the same level of respect how we are supported in that by men. They’re completely different roles and maybe from the outside one seems more important but I simply don’t see it that way…personally… as women we get to give space for them to provide for us and I think that's sometimes what we forget. Men are wired to provide and protect, and I think women have become so hyperindependent in trying to prove our capabilties, that we sometimes forget we actually don’t have to do it all, so when you give space for them to BE needed!!!!! They have purpose in that!!! Owning our unique strengths is what creates that harmony.. The feminine can see and inspire and create, from a place of structure and containment. And the cool part is that ya we can all do all of that, the magic is knowing when and where to apply it!! I personally live on my own and am single so my whole life is run and held by me, I do it all and I do it really fkn well…. So it’s a practice for me to remind myself to lean on others to support me and help where I can be helped so that I don’t have to exhaust myself by trying to do it all and it gives others an opportunity to be OF help!

SOOOO what inspired this is where there’s room for us to perhaps take a peek at our internal world so that we can take responsibility for our own roles and that always starts with our relationship to self, so that we can then apply it to connection and contribute to the collective. You know??? I had a friend say to me recently “I’m in my men hating era”.... And I simply looked at her and said babes I don't know that you can say that and mean it while you’re in a fully committed relationship to a man?! 🥹 HAHA so she tried to say ok every man but my bf but of course it’s already been made redundant AND THEN a client of mine recently shared their lack of trust in women because of previous experiences, and whilst BOTH OF THESE peoples stances are completely valid….and I’m not about to tell them how they feel, but I DO love to point out though where there might be a gap in what they say versus what they’re showing up in because for a man to say they lack trust in women but then willingly jump into a beautiful session with me to share and express his depth and be fully vulnerable…. I meaaaaaaaannnnnnnnn do you know the kind of trust that takes to do?! Hehehehehehehehe JUST SAYIN I don’t know if the validity of not trusting women holds up when you’re down to explore like we did together, just as saying you hate men but are committing yourself to relationship with one I JUST DUNNO MAN……hahahahha and I only love to point this out because the viewpoint that I've expanded myself to feels WAY more powerful and that's what I want to invite people into if they're curious enough... so where I offer the shift is, what if instead of projecting the lack or trust or overall dislike towards one gender….what if we just for a cutie second took that and looked within? To our own energy and observed, with curiosity, where internally that could be coming from. Because I can say with confidence, from my own observation of self which I then see from others, is that dabbling in a “men hating era” 😛🤭….seems to reflect not yet having asserted the beautiful power and discernment that we can own, where it’s invited. Any time I've gone to consider “oh do I hate men then???” I catch myself going ok no because I have evidence of some absolutely wonderful men out there soooooooo, did I not fully express myself and my boundaries or needs or whatever it takes to create respect and trust towards another???maybe???….. And THEN, I also recognize that people have had experiences where they didn’t have the agency or autonomy to DO THAT, and I have nothing but compassion, truly from every corner of my heart, whilst at the same time recognizing there comes a time when you get to decide who am I from this? Someone who gives control and power to something outside of me, or someone who takes responsibility for how I show up in this? And that’s sexy as fuck. And then for the other side of it, for men to have a lack of trust in women, there’s an opportunity to explore where perhaps there’s room to lean into trusting ourself and our intuition and inner knowing, that quite honestly everyone ignores and bypasses often, yet we all have access to and there’s always room for deeper self trust. Because in my experience, the more self-trust I cultivate over time, the deeper my trust shows up in connection to others and the more I trust myself to either open up to, or create space from another. This just gives us agency and my point of sharing all of this is simply that when we project anything onto specific people or genders or situations, we’re distracting ourselves from developing self responsibility and PERSONALLY….I’ve been having a heck of a lot more fun since I’ve woken up to the fact that I’m fully the creator here in this experience, and I know I’m here to make it sexy and trust me when I say its infinitely sexier to live from a place of harmony rather than imbalance between any of this stuff muwahahahahha so anyway….I hope the care and tenderness that I hold this with comes through my words because I’m not a stranger to the way that life can harden us, that is for sure, I just decided to crack my heart all the way open and it’s way more liberating and flowy to navigate the turbulence of life with an expanded state of being rather than protecting ourselves and staying constricted in a world of resistance, to whatever is showing up….. 🥹🫦🥹🫦🥹🫦🥹🫦🥹 love you!
